This policy explains which data HotIptv uses, why, and what your rights are.

HotIptv (hotiptv.org) is a media player and activation service. For privacy questions, contact us on WhatsApp; the link is at the bottom of every page.
When you order or ask a question on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp name, your messages, your device’s MAC address and Device Key and the plan you chose. Payments are processed by the payment service you choose; we only receive the confirmation.
We only set Google Ads cookies if you click Accept. We also count clicks on order buttons anonymously: we send only the site name and the type of click, without cookies or other identifiers. Our host Vercel keeps technical log files, including IP addresses, for a short time for security.
To carry out your order and help you (contract), to measure ads (your consent) and to keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Only services we need for this: WhatsApp (Meta), Google (ads, only with consent), Vercel (hosting) and the payment service. Some are outside the EU and use the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We keep order data as long as needed for the service and as long as the law requires (bookkeeping), then delete it.
You can access, correct or delete your data, object, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Send us a message on WhatsApp. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
