These terms apply to every use of HotIptv and every order.

HotIptv is a media player and an activation service. We do not supply or sell channels, movies, series or other content. You use your own playlist.
You are responsible for the playlists you add and only use content you have the rights to.
You order via WhatsApp. The price is the price shown on the site at the time of ordering. After your message you receive the payment details; we activate once payment is received.
An activation belongs to one device (the MAC address you provide). It is usually ready within minutes. A wrongly entered MAC address cannot always be changed free of charge.
We do our best to keep the service working, but we are not liable for problems with your internet, device or playlist provider, or for indirect damage. Mandatory consumer rights always remain in force.
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.
