Moving IBO Player to a new TV or box

An IBO Player activation is linked to the MAC address of one device. Here is what to do when you replace your TV or box.

Install on the new device

Install IBO Player and note the new MAC address and Device Key.

Send us both MAC addresses

Message us on WhatsApp with the old and the new MAC address; we check what’s possible for your activation.

Add your playlist again

Playlists are linked to the MAC address too, so add yours again for the new device.
